A complete guide to Utah Fits All Scholarship Program

12.05.2026

The Utah Fits All Scholarship Program is a state-funded education savings account (ESA) initiative that allows Utah families to direct public education funds toward private school tuition, homeschooling expenses, and a wide range of approved educational services.

We're proud to be available to Utah families using their Utah Fits All Scholarship funds for math instruction.

Eligibility

Eligibility requirements for the Utah Fits All Scholarship

Any K–12 student who is a resident of Utah may apply for the Utah Fits All Scholarship, regardless of family income.

Students must meet three requirements:

  • Reside in Utah
  • Be eligible to enroll in K–12 education (ages 5 through 18)
  • Apply as either a private school student OR a home-based student — these categories cannot be changed once selected, and students may not switch categories at renewal

Note — students cannot simultaneously participate in Utah's other school choice programs while receiving the Utah Fits All Scholarship.

The law gives an order preference to eligible students under Utah Code 53F-6-402, including renewing students and families at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.

Application

The Utah Fits All application process

Applications for this year closed on 1 May 2026.

Application windows typically open in March (for renewing students) and April (for new students) each year. We will update this page with more information when it's available.
